Our Smoked Hatch Pepper Gouda is made in Holland with Certified Hatch Valley Chile Peppers and naturally smoked over hickory wood in the USA.

Pairs with:

American Pale Ale / American Brown Ale, Saison, Malbec, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, dry Riesling. Bresaola, dry coppa, roasted tomatoes, dilly beans, gherkins, green apple. Add to fajitas, cornbread, mac-n-cheese, cowboy beans, hamburgers, chili dogs.
