As would only be fitting, she baked a cheesecake! A creative and innovative twist on the original, this is a rich and mouthwatering savory cheesecake. Peabody likens it more to a quiche and pairs it with a crisp salad for lunch or brunch. But she also writes it would be great for entertaining served with crackers.
