  1. Preheat the grill to high heat. Rub chicken breasts with 2 tbsp pesto. Grill chicken, turning once and brushing with remaining 1 tbsp pesto, until thoroughly cooked, about 12 min.  
  2. Top chicken breast with roasted peppers and Paradiso. Grill 2 min. or until Beemster is melted.


  • 4 chicken breast halves
  • 3 tbsp refrigerated prepared pesto
  • ¾ cup sliced jarred roasted red pepper 
  • 1 cup Paradiso, thinly sliced
