Directions
Place slices of bread on a cutting board and spread one side with butter.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add bread, butter side down.
Spread half of the Paradiso Reserve over bread evenly and top with 2 slices of salami each. Dollop pesto over salami and top with roasted tomatoes. Add remaining cheese over tomatoes and top with second slice of bread, butter side up.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip sandwich and cook until cheese is completely melted, about 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.

4 slices good Italian bread, sliced ½-inch thick
2 Tbsp butter
5 oz (140 g) Paradiso Reserve 10M, grated
4 slices salami
2 Tbsp prepared pesto
¼ cup (60 g) roasted tomatoes (about 6-8 pieces)
