  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Fill each mini phyllo shell with ¾ tsp fig spread. Place 1 cube Beemster in center of each shell.
  2. Arrange shells on baking sheet. Bake 10 min. or until Beemster is just melted. Garnish with fresh thyme.


  • 2 (1.9 oz) packages frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
  • ½ cup Dalmatia Fig Spread or fig preserves 
  • 4 oz Beemster Goat Gouda, cut into ½-inch cubes
