  1. In a large sauté pan, brown turkey, onion, and pepper over medium heat; drain grease from meat, if desired.
  2. Stir in barbecue sauce, Worcestershire, and mustard and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 min.  Stir in 1 cup Beemster and green onions.
  3. Serve mixture on slider buns and top with remaining 1 cup shredded Beemster.


  • 1 lb ground turkey or beef
