  1. In a large skillet, melt butter.
  2. Add sugar and cinnamon. Stir over medium heat until sugar melts and becomes a thick syrup.
  3. Add pears and red wine vinegar, stir to coat.
  4. Add cornstarch and simmer until thickened.
  5. Spoon pears into prepared tart shells.
  6. Sprinkle Beemster Classic over tarts while still hot.
  7. Drizzle with honey.
