- Preheat the grill to high heat. Rub chicken breasts with 2 tbsp pesto. Grill chicken, turning once and brushing with remaining 1 tbsp pesto, until thoroughly cooked, about 12 min.
- Top chicken breast with roasted peppers and Paradiso. Grill 2 min. or until Beemster is melted.

- ¾ cup sliced jarred roasted red pepper
- 1 cup Paradiso, thinly sliced
