If Beemster Grilled Cheese is already perfection, and a BLT is already perfection, what happens when you combine the two?!
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177℃). Lay the bread on a large baking sheet and toast in the oven until golden brown, 10 min.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy, 5 min. Transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Remove 4 slices of bread from the oven and set aside. Top the remaining bread slices with Beemster Signature. Return to the oven until the cheese has melted, 2–3 min.
Spread 1 tbsp Dijon mustard on each slice of the reserved toasted bread. Remove the cheesy bread from the oven and top with a few slices of lettuce, tomato, and 2 slices of bacon. Top with Dijon bread slice.
